"We have contracted C. T. Schillerstrom twice in the past couple of years. The fist time was to remodel our master bath. This included a complete remodel within the existing space; replacing the existing bath tub with a larger soaking tub, new toilet, double sink vanity, new floor and wall tile, heated bathroom floor, new shower, and decorating. The second project remodeled our guest bathroom with a new pedestal sink and matching toilet, along with repairing the floor and redecorating. On both of these projects Curt's work and that of his subcontractors was timely, professional and accomplished with a minimum of disruption. The quality of the work was outstanding."

"The City of Naperville was given an energy grant for its residents. This included an energy audit of our home and with that, recommendation to improve our energy efficiency. Our audit presented the following: Replace windows in our bay window in the living room. Encapsulate the foundation and ceiling of our crawl space with insulation. This would improve the heat in our family room, which is right above the crawl space. Insulate all Rim Joists, which were not done when we built the home in 1974-75. Insulate the attic above the family room. Replace the garage entry door from the family room and provide more insulation to that area.
In all of these areas, Curt provided expert and professional contractors. Curt also performed or assisted in all of these areas. We are so pleased with his work. He was extremely neat and prompt in all services rendered. He also came back to inspect all of his contracted work before submitting invoices.
